Project Methodology

We are your partner through every stage of the process. Our methodology in delivering similar projects in time past includes the following steps which has proven to be efficient, by carrying along all parties and stakeholders involved and as ensuring final outcome satisfies the user demands.

1. Initiation:
The Initiation stage involves the contract explanation, discussion and
agreement phase. Where the both the technical and the financial
decision makers of our clients get to interface with our experts towards
ensuring our suitability for the project delivery and the eventual award
of the contract.

2. Education
Having won the contract, we believe that there is a very important
need for us as a consulting firm to educate the users and
administrators about the project to be embarked on. Enlightening
them of how it will be capable of improving their productivity, save
cost for the organization and ensure it is from the outset perceived by
all to be an endeavor that is worthwhile.

3. Requirements Gathering:
At this Stage; The Stakeholders of our client organization and our
experts agrees on all the requirements and details surrounding the
project. At this point the project scope is finally defined and agreed
upon. After the requirement gathering phase, and additional
requirement will have to be specially agreed upon before it can be
delivered.

4.System Design
At this phase, our engineers painstakingly design the project delivery
structure, outlining the concepts, requirements, approached, tools
and resources required for the delivery. This phase is always believed
to be very important to us.

5. Implementation
This phase the execution is carried out, ensuring the process are
designed to suit the user requirement as agreed upon in item 3 above.

6. Pilot Test

endorses suitability or demand correction or improvement where
necessary. This is an important phase as it categorically ensures the

7. User Acceptance Test
The users are allowed to get familiar with the service highlight their

8. Training
Knowledge transfer, this stage clients’ staff are guided to and

and are encouraged to take advantage of the platform.
